Welcome to the Family-Community Resource Center

Learning can be difficult when students’ basic needs aren’t met. The goal of Family-Community Resource Centers is to help all children succeed, and we do that by removing barriers and connecting families with available community resources.

The Family-Community Resource Center, or FCRC, is here to support students and families in at Jason Lee Middle School in many ways such as:

  • School supplies/backpacks
  • Food bags/boxesFamily-Community Resource Center…Family Focused, Student Success, Community Connections
  • Transportation
  • Clothing, coats and shoes
  • Student fees including PE Uniforms
  • Internet connection
  • Emergency housing
  • Utility assistance
  • Job assistance
  • Child Care assistance
  • And so much more!

Resources and opportunities

Mini food pantry

Our pantry primarily offers canned goods and other non-perishables, such as pasta and cereal. We also offer milk and various perishables on occasion. Please call or email the FCRC coordinator to arrange a time to access the pantry. The pantry is open for all Jason Lee families and students in need.

Clothes and toiletries closet

Gently used clothing for students to access. Toiletries for students and families to access.

Volunteer opportunities

We are always looking for support from our community. Please call or email the FCRC coordinator if you are interested in volunteering your time or contributing in other ways.
